How to Delete Your Account
Option 1: In-App Deletion (Recommended)
- Open Sudoku Master
- Go to Settings (gear icon on home screen)
- Scroll to the Account section
- Tap "Delete Account"
- Confirm deletion when prompted
- Your account and all data will be permanently deleted
Option 2: Email Request
- Send an email to balkrishnagames@gmail.com
- Subject: "Account Deletion Request — Sudoku Master"
- Include your registered email address or User ID
- We will process your request within 30 days
What Data Is Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:
- ✅ Your profile information (name, email, avatar)
- ✅ Game progress and saved games
- ✅ Statistics and scores
- ✅ Achievements
- ✅ Daily challenge history
- ✅ Leaderboard entries
- ✅ Reward history
- ✅ Referral data
- ✅ Cloud save data
- ✅ Push notification subscriptions
⚠️ Important
- Account deletion is permanent and irreversible
- All game progress will be lost forever
- In-app purchases cannot be restored after deletion
- If you used Google Sign-In, this does not delete your Google account — only your Sudoku Master data
Data Retention After Deletion
- Personal data: Deleted within 30 days
- Aggregated/anonymized analytics: May be retained (cannot identify you)
- Purchase records: Retained by Google Play as required by law
