Balkrishna Enterprise ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Sudoku Master mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our App.

• Account Information: When you create an account, we may collect your name, email address, and profile picture (if using Google Sign-In).
• Guest Users: If you play as a guest, we create an anonymous identifier. No personal information is required.

b) Information Collected Automatically

• Game Data: Game progress, scores, achievements, statistics, and preferences.
• Device Information: Device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information.
• Usage Data: App interaction data, session duration, features used, and gameplay analytics.
• Crash Reports: Technical data about app crashes and errors (via Firebase Crashlytics).

c) Information from Third Parties

• Google Sign-In: If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email, and profile picture from Google.
• Advertising: Google AdMob may collect advertising identifiers and device information to show personalized ads.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the App
• To save your game progress and sync across devices
• To display leaderboards and achievements
• To send push notifications (if you opt in)

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored locally on your device and in Firebase cloud services (operated by Google). All data in transit is encrypted using TLS/SSL. We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days. Aggregated, anonymized data may be retained for analytics purposes.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access: View your personal data in the App's Profile section
• Export: Export your data via Settings → Export Data
• Delete: Delete your account and all associated data via Settings → Delete Account, or by emailing us
• Opt-out of ads: Purchase "Remove Ads" to stop personalized advertising
• Opt-out of notifications: Disable notifications in Settings

7. Children's Privacy

Our App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected data from a child under 13, please contact us immediately.

8. GDPR Compliance (European Users)

If you are in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have additional rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability, and object to processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email below.

9. Advertising

We display advertisements through Google AdMob. AdMob may use your advertising identifier and device information to show personalized ads. You can opt out of personalized advertising in your device settings (Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization) or by purchasing "Remove Ads" in the App.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
