These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Sudoku Master mobile application ("App") operated by Balkrishna Enterprise ("we", "us", or "our").
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
The App is a puzzle game for entertainment purposes. You agree to:
You may create an account using email, Google Sign-In, or play as a guest. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.
The App offers optional in-app purchases. All purchases are processed through Google Play and are subject to Google Play's terms. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or Google Play's refund policy.
Coins, gems, and other virtual items have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for real money. We reserve the right to modify the value, availability, or pricing of virtual items at any time.
The App displays advertisements from third-party ad networks. You may remove ads by purchasing the "Remove Ads" option. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.
All content in the App, including but not limited to code, graphics, designs, and trademarks, is owned by Balkrishna Enterprise. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. BALKRISHNA ENTERPRISE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR IN-APP PURCHASES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components. Game progress may be lost due to device issues, software bugs, or other factors. We recommend using cloud save to protect your data.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time through the App's Settings.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
